Join Envision's Monthly Patrons Program and become part of a special group of donors that provides critical and continuous support for our members.
- Sustainer: $10 a month can support programs such as telehealth mental health support and care.
- Bronze Patron: $25 a month can support Adventures Unlimited, a program that provides a variety of activities that support members independence and choice.
- Silver Patron: $50 a month can support physical recreation programming that keeps members active and healthy.
- Gold Patron: $100 a month can prevent those with intellectual and developmental disabilities from living in institutions.
