The Healthy Chicago Mental Health Collective (HC-MHC) reduces barriers to accessing mental health care by providing trauma-informed clinical services to individuals and families served by our agency.

The Envision Unlimited Living Room is an inviting, safe, supportive environment that provides emotional support, coping skills, and resource referrals to promote mental wellness and recovery.​

Acute Community Treatment (ACT) and Community Support Teams (CST) are community-based mental health services for adults with significant mental illness. 

The Springfield Community Mental Health Center provides mental health supports to adults, youths, and families. 

Envision Unlimited is a certified Community Mental Health Provider offering a full complement of behavioral health services to people with a variety of mental health concerns. 

Our Comprehensive Class Member Transition Program transitions people with disabilities from restrictive institutional environments to community-based living. 

We support adults transitioning from state-operated psychiatric hospitals back into the community.

The Pathways Program provides trauma-informed therapy to individuals who are dually diagnosed with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and mental health diagnoses. Our clinicians offer individual therapy, comprehensive assessments, and treatment planning for adults.

Psychosocial Rehabilitation services (PSR) are grounded in a philosophy of holistic care, social support, and strength-based approaches to treating mental illness with the goal of enabling individuals with mental illnesses to live self-sufficient lives in their communities.

Be prepared to support those around you by getting certified in Mental Health First Aid.

The Cultural Faith-Based Empowerment (CFBE) Program provides culturally relevant, trauma-informed, and faith-sensitive support that enhances pastoral care and strengthens community resilience.

A non-clinical space offering socialization, recreational activities, and skill-building opportunities, led by peer mentors.  

The Envision Unlimited Mental Health Employment Program uses the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Model to deliver employment services to individuals who face mental health challenges or serious mental illness.
