Meet the Director of Our Springfield Mental Health and Clinical Services

Whitley Hofer, Director of Springfield Mental Health and Clinical Services, oversees clinical and operations management at the new Community Mental Health Center and ensures that services are delivered with care and make a lasting impact on clients.

“Every person deserves the opportunity to heal, grow and thrive, and our team is equipped with the expertise and resources to support people along their journey,” Whitley said. “The Springfield Mental Health Center is a safe and welcoming space where individuals feel seen, supported and empowered.”

Prior to joining Envision Unlimited, Whitley worked at Heritage Behavioral Health Center for several years, where she rose from substance use therapist to overseeing multiple specialty court programs.

“I’ve always loved working one-on-one with people, but I’m just as passionate about helping staff grow and creating systems that make great work possible,” she said. “I’m proud of what we have built so far and excited for everything ahead. I’m really grateful to be part of this expansion.”
