Envision Unlimited provides a variety of residential living arrangements and supports to adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD).
Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) are residential programs focused on inclusion by providing a natural family-like setting for eight or fewer individuals. People with varying degrees of disabilities participate in this program. People in this program may receive continuous staff supports; the level of staff support may decrease as the residents grow more accustomed to living independently.
- 24-Hour CILAs provide members with the opportunity to live in a home with other individuals with IDD. These settings allow members to live in and be a part of their own communities. These CILA homes are occupied by eight or fewer housemates with staff support available 24 hours a day.
- Intermittent CILAs are residential alternatives for people who can live in their own homes and do not require 24-hour support. There are no more than three housemates, and some members live with their families. Supports are provided according to the person's level of need.
- Remote Support CILAs give members the freedom to receive additional support through a remote monitoring system. A telecare platform monitors the environment and provides two-way video chat with trained professionals, empowering our members to be less reliant on staff and more independent. Other technologies utilized in our remote support homes include laptops, smartphones and fall detection watches.
- The Community Living and Transitions program provides people currently living in State Operated Developmental Centers an opportunity to live a more inclusive and integrated life in the community. We work with people who are interested in community placement and develop a tailored transition plan. Once in a CILA, we provide person-centered planning efforts to foster community integration and belonging.
