Our Home-Based Services and Supports provide service coordination for individuals with IDD. The fee for service program provides monthly allocation to assist individuals with IDD who live in a family home. Staff members can help individuals with public transportation, benefits information, medical advocacy, case manager correspondence, and support the utilization of tools such as assistive technology and adaptive equipment.
